Considered a promising emerging artist, Mugalu Edison was born in 1983. He is a self taught artist who attends workshops whenever possible to increase his level of expertise.
He began exhibiting in group exhibitions in 2003, and has had annual solo exhibitions since 2005. Mugalu exhibited in the East Africa Art Biennale 2005 and 2007. He works in oil, acrylic, and watercolour.
