Maria Kizito Kasule has exhibited throughout East Africa, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Australia, and France.
Born in 1967 in Masaka, Uganda, Kizito graduated in fine arts from Makerere University, Kampala. Since 1992 he has been a lecturer at the School of Fine and Industrial Arts, Makerere University, and he recently took sabbatical at the University of Dublin, Ireland.
